Our Collision Repair Expertise
If you've never dealt with a collision repair company before, you're undoubtedly curious about the procedure. At City Collision Services, we have a set of procedures that we follow on each project to provide the best possible results.
Repair Estimation and Scheduling
Any collision repair begins with a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle and the provision of an initial written quote. You sign a repair authorization and your vehicle is scheduled for work if you consent to the job. Before the first day of work, all parts required for the repairs will be ordered, and payment arrangements with the insurance company will be settled.
The Collision Repair Work Begins
The damaged areas are dismantled and re-inspected on the first work day for your car, and any structural work is completed. To restore the car to factory specs, City Collision Service of Hillsdale, Michigan uses cutting-edge computerized straightening and alignment technology. New panels are then prepared, installed, primed, sealed, and treated with corrosion inhibitors if they are required. Before handing the car over to the paint department, all of the work is inspected and tested.
Paint is ready to go, and a completion date has been set.
Before being taped, bagged, and masked for painting, the car is chemically cleaned, pressure washed, primed, and sealed. In our state-of-the-art spray booth. A multi-step technique is used to apply high-quality Axalta paint.
Inspection, detailing, and reassembly
We make sure your car is entirely restored to its pre-collision condition when the repairs are completed, including washing it to make it appear its best. We give it a last check and a test drive before returning it to you, taking the time to make sure your repair is done correctly. For a free estimate, give us a call or come in today!

Very professional and friendly. My insurance company was less than ideal to work with, but he didn't let that get in the way of doing the best possible job for me. The most important part, his work was top notch quality and was done in a better time frame then I could have imagined!

It was great to see what Bryan is doing and moving forward, just to bad that he had to move for more room, but glad for him. Gary and Cork would be proud of him.
